各サービス詳細ページに税込総額で表示します。価格改定時は当ページに反映し、
申込み最終確認画面にてお支払い総額・課金サイクル・支払時期・解約条件を明確に表示します。
商品代金以外の必要料金
消費税（内税表記の場合を除く）、振込手数料、海外送金・決済手数料（決済事業者規定）
同行時の実費：交通費・施設利用料等（運送の対価は受領しません）

月額プラン：申込時に初回課金、以後毎月同日に自動課金
単発サービス：申込確定後3営業日以内の前払い
同行の実費：当日または後日精算（領収証写しを共有）
役務の提供時期
月額：会員登録完了または初回ヒアリング実施日から開始
単発：予約日時（オンライン／対面）に提供
デジタル資料：準備完了次第、メールまたは会員サイトで納品
返品・キャンセル・中途解約
デジタル納品：納品後の返品不可（データ不具合は再送等で対応）
単発サービス（オンライン）
・48時間前まで：無料 / 48–24時間前：50% / 24時間以内・無断不参加：100%
・リスケ：24時間前まで1回無料（以後は上記と同率）
単発サービス（対面/同行）
・72時間前まで：無料 / 72–24時間前：50% / 24時間以内・無断不参加：100%
・既発生の実費（交通費・施設利用料等）は別途ご請求
月額プランの解約
・解約期限：更新日前日 23:59（JST）までにマイページまたはメールで手続き
・当月日割り返金なし（法令で義務付けられる場合を除く）
・休止オプション：最大2か月連続×年2回（休止中は課金なし）
返金方法：原則として同一決済手段で返金（決済事業者手数料が発生する場合、実費控除）
クーリング・オフについて：本サービスは通信販売に該当し、特定商取引法上のクーリング・オフ制度の適用対象外です。

Fees Other Than Product Price
Bank transfer fees; overseas settlement fees charged by payment providers
In-person accompaniment actual costs (transportation, facility fees). No transport service fee is charged
Payment Methods & Timing
Methods: Bank transfer
Timing:
・Monthly plans: First charge at signup; then auto-renew on the same day each month
・One-off services: Advance payment within 3 business days after booking confirmation
・Out-of-pocket expenses: Settled on the day or afterward with receipt copy shared
Delivery of Services
Monthly plans: Start when membership is completed or the first intake session is scheduled.
Fixed-term / One-off: Delivered online or in person at the booked date/time.
Digital materials: Delivered via email or member site when ready
Cancellations / Refunds / Termination
Digital items: Non-refundable after delivery (we will resend if data is defective)
One-off (online): Free ≥48h / 50% between 48–24h / 100% within 24h or no-show; one free reschedule up to 24h before
One-off (in-person/accompaniment): Free ≥72h / 50% between 72–24h / 100% within 24h or no-show; actual costs already incurred will be charged
Monthly plans: Cancel by 23:59 (JST) the day before renewal via My Page or email; no pro-rated refund for the current month; pause option up to 2 consecutive months, twice a year
Refund method: In principle via the same payment method (any provider fee may be deducted)
Statements on Results / Scope & Limitations
No results are guaranteed (e.g., exam pass, hiring, residence permission). We do not provide immigration filing/representation, legal advice, or job placement. In-person (Fukuoka) = interpreting & note-taking only; no transport service fee (actual costs only). Licensed professionals are referred where necessary.
